For visitors waiting for their meetings, the lobby offers a hotdesk area : visitors can settle into private compartments where they have a desk, internet access, as well as a meeting room.
Meeting rooms are at the disposal of tenants (offices and Business Centre). These comfortable areas are fully equipped (furniture, multimedia devices...) and usable directly.
The Solaris Business Centre offers a professional solution which is flexible and efficient for companies which are setting up or growing. The modularity of the floor space makes it possible to have variable sized offices (from as little as 50 m2) which can be increased in keeping with the needs and growth of the respective clients.
